Love the ham pieces for breakfast. Always loved your ham salad. This time, not so much. You ground it on a fine grind, it had no substance to it. I adored the old way of making it. This one tasted like 100% balogna, it had no chunks in it, couldn't find the carrots, relish was minimal and it looked and tasted like too much mustard. It was more a fine spread than a "salad" I don't know that I will buy it again, let me know if you change it back to the old way of making it.

Absolutely the worst customer service on the east coast. Tossed out my 91 year Grandmother because they “had” to close at exactly 7:00 PM. I strongly suggest you avoid this place and shop at a regular grocery store. Never met such a rude person. No way to treat a senior citizen. What is wrong with you people? Never again!

Pisses me off. .. Been going here since I was a kid. Before the fire .. Yet when I call no one responds. It like they pick up the phone but there's no one able to talk.. Poor Service. They also need to get stronger bags. Completely pissed away my money. On sodas that fell right thru there cheap bags. Called to ask for a refund or a new one. Was hung up on and told it was my own fault. Horrible I mean Horrible service. Worked for market basket for years. Not how you treat somone.

Best local grocer around. The meat is GREAT! They have an in-house butcher and their homemade burgers are stellar if somewhat pricey. Produce is almost always great. Good selection of beer including lots of locals and crafts. Minimal wine.

You'll pay a little over average for canned soup and the like, but the convenience really makes up for this.

This store is the best place to go in this part of the city. Has just about anything you need compared to a supermarket. It has fresh cut meet deli and a bunch of already marinated meats pre-packed. Fresh vegetables and staples. It's off the main road which is why It took me 5 years to find it.

Excellent meats, plenty of fruits and vegetables and just about anything else you need. I've been going to Arthur's market since I can remember. It's not a corporate store and I have supported them for over 30 years. Check it out if you find yourself in Rochester instead of all the corporate stores that are not even close.

Arthur's is wonderful! A real butchers shop that knows how to make a beautiful cut of meat. None of this meat trimmed of all the fat, their pork is simply delicious and cooks like a dream. Great selection of cuts, great prices and it's hands down the best I've found in the southeast NH area. It's a special day when we head to Rochester to food shop. Arthur's is always a stop.

Great meat department excellent choices of meat package. Large selection of beers at awesome prices. Staff is always nice and talkative. So much more cozy and personal than the big grocery stores.
