Great customer service! The (I’m assuming) owner informed me at pickup that when I need new shirts I can come in and try on sizes and also check out the different styles. We ordered 5 items from them the weekend before school started, understanding it was a busy time for them we weren’t expecting the shirts any time soon but they were so speedy we got them by the second week of school!

If you can find anywhere else to do business I would recommend doing so. He has had our order paid for since March, and we still can not get our shirts. His customer service is horrible and his word is useless. Each time we reach out, we are told he will look into it and get back to us but never does. We have been dealing with this for almost 6 months for an order of less than 10 child's school shirts. Unacceptable!

I ordered my son’s uniforms almost three weeks ago still with no updates to my order. I have been calling this business 3-4 times a day just for no one to answer. I was told I’m waiting on one item after finally getting someone unprofessional on the phone and it’s been 5 days since and still nothing. I will not be using them again. For this service I could have saved money and gotten his uniforms from Walmart.

This guy is a joke. I have had an order in and paid since March 4 still shows it is processing so I went the beginning of this school year to inform him I still have not received my order from LAST SCHOOL YEAR and that the sizes have changed and class color. Did that the day of orientation BEFORE school started and still nothing. Called continuously for seriously 15 minutes until he picked up (because voicemail is so full you can't leave one) finally he answers. Told him I would be there first thing in the morning to pick up my order, he says ok. Show up guess who is not there when he said.... Then finally catch him justfor him to tell me it's not ready and I'll receive an email when it's ready and hopefully it will be next week. 🙄 Piece of work I tell ya. Not sure any business that takes people's money and does not produce the product.
