If I spend $20 on a meal kit, it would be nice to atleast completely seal the plastic bag containing the meat. Oh and the vegetable bag wasn’t sealed either. Now I have raw steak juice all over the kit contents. Thanks, J.F.

My mom enjoyed every minute. This is my favorite grocery store because they have the freshest cuts from their butcher and the best products on the market. Amazing customer service paired with quality inventory.

I am never disappointed on my visits to East Blvd. Fresh Market. The store is SO neat and organized. Even when I dont need anything from the deli, I go ( and end up buying) just to speak to and enjoy the friendly individuals at the deli. They are so special.

I love shopping here. All of the employees I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Hope went above and beyond helping me put together fantastic selections for a charcuterie board. It turned out incredible and my guests were really impressed. Hope made me look like a pro in charcuterie boards which in fact it was my first time making one. Thanks Hope!!!

Amazing grocery store compared to Foodlion and Bi-Lo. Produce section and Meat Department were organized and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Kevin the Manager takes good care of this store and his employees because it shows!

They need to change the pricing on their prepared grilled chicken. They charge $7 each, rather than by the Ib. I normally like to request 6 pieces, which is $42 at the Fresh Market. The last time I was there, 6 pieces weighed 1.5 Ibs. That's $28 per Ib for their prepared grilled chicken. Whole Foods and Reid's charges by the Ib at $11.99. I bought 6 pieces at Reid's for $18 (approximately the same size as the Fresh Market). It would cost $42 at the Fresh Market. Also, some of their employees seem like they hate their job. At least, that's what I perceive.

It’s always a very clean and well stocked location. It’s easy to find fresh and organic foods here. It’s on the higher priced side for grocery, however the food quality is superb.

This store is totally different from the Pineville-Matthews road store. Whenever I walk into the one on East boulevard. I get a sense of bias from I feel the employees and some of the customers.

I know it feels weird. Every time I go into the back of the store and get a salad or pasta bowl I get a robotic response with misgendering.

Not good. The other store doesn't do this. But I sense tension between the employees and perhaps the management.

The employees don't engage the customers and small conversation. I'm not sure if it's the clientele. I did see a Karen on Tuesday evening.

Maybe they have too many Karen's. Now they seem to have a diverse set of employees. But only went here three times.

Each time I walked out like I did something wrong or I just paid money to a stranger for no reason. I don't feel like a customer I feel like something else.

I'll give you example, I visit the Lowe's supermarket in Huntersville. I felt like some movie star the way they employees talk to me. They welcome me to the store for the first time.

That made me very special. I can tell by their responses, the management must treat the employees well so, the employees want to keep their job and they're happy.

That is what I'm not seeing at this store. If you read the comments, there are a lot of complaints about some bias or maybe profiling?

Again I don't know that area. You have people traveling through and when you're a certain race you get grouped into one category.

I'm definitely going to go back there to check the place out like I always do with the other places. Maybe in 2 weeks to see if they changed. I really don't think so.

They might fire all the employees and replace them with happy young people which won't last that long.

True management knows how to handle their employees by encouragement not by a hammer in a chisel.

And for the person in the back, we're on the same team don't misgender me again.

Okay this is my last comment. I'm sure of you place a trader Joe just down the street, you'll find a better environment with happy employees willing to have a conversation. I've seen it done before.

But I am curious so I am going to stop by once in awhile see what changes they make. Also I might take a snapshot of that Karen I saw.

Are you put too much salt with the macaroni and bacon. The bacon already is salty. So they only need is to tweak it down. I don't need hypertension or high blood pressure. You might want to take a tip from whole foods market. Yes I have a car and I travel extensively. And I love to do reviews.
