I cannot say enough wonderful things about Visual Signs, LLC. I initially hired them to install a sign in the lobby of my law firm, and they did an absolutely amazing job. When we recently moved offices, I didn’t hesitate to call them again. They came out promptly, carefully took down the sign, cleaned it to perfection, and reinstalled it at our new location. Their team is super responsive and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I am truly in love with their work and their professionalism. We have one year warranty on the sign we got installed as per the contract and the sign failed with one of the lights not working right on the second day of the installation and we reported till now there is no response. When your contract is assigned to a third party why do we need to go to this company. You can go to the third party people directly. If you give them business this company has nothing in their control. Cheap materials and very poor job. Nice until you sign the contract later we will have to beg them with what’s going on with the status sign. They make your life miserable. Stay away.

I added another picture showing how bad of a sign work this guys did. They never responded and we lost another letter. Don’t do business with them very unprofessional never care about your sign after they install. Never communicated to us even after we informed about the sign. Indoor material sign they installed outside. I will keep on updating as we loose letters on our sign with pictures and proof.
